To: My Fellow LiveJournal-ers,
Since I ranted about how much I hated my username, I decided to change it. I'm not deleting this journal though, because I don't want to lose the entries. So, if you looooove me (which of course I ask myself, how could you not?), add my new name--->lovealways18. (Much more bearable of a name, eh?)
Love always, (haahahaha) Jackie |

ya know what i was thinking about lately? how completely terrible would it be if someone could find their way into your thoughts. and they just knew what you were thinking ALL THE TIME? man, that would be bad. i think the craziest things at the weirdest times. and i think i have add. because i have about 45 million thoughts go through my head in the time span of approximately 3 minutes.
thank goodness for thought privacy. |

The Pep Rally Dilemma: You want to get in to that cheery screamy mood, but when you do, you feel stupid. But if you dont, then you feel equally as stupid. kinda a catch 22, eh? |

Dear Hannah Swan,
Today I saw you walking up the sidewalk to school, while i was in Chem. And I was like, wow! i know her! So, since it was during a lab, and the teacher wasnt asking, I very politely asked him if it would be ok if I yelled out the window to say hi to you. But, he didnt think it was such a great idea. And I didnt really want to face the wrath of this Chem teacher, so I decided it would be a good idea to listen to him.

school was prettty good today. 1 down. 179 to go. whoot hoooooo. is it bad that the only reason i was excited to go to school was so i could wear new clothes? egh, maybe not. at least i was excited about one part of it.
and does anyone else find it odd, that the chem teacher came out and said that france was good for nothing more than to be a nuclear waste dump for the entire world? like, what if i had moved from france when i was 5? oh yeah, he also pretended to encourage kids to go smoke when they had breaks during school.
some teachers just thoroughly annoy me. |

| lowville is now nationally famous! |
[Aug. 10th, 2006|12:12 pm] |
so i was reading my dads readers digest (yes, i am 15, and i do like to read readers digest) last night, and i stumbled across this:
Very little will offend your senses more that three million gallons of liquid manure spilling from a dairy farm. But one resigned resident of Lowville, New York, wasn't at all disturbed. He described the odor to to Rome (New York) Daily Sentinel this way, "It's your typical dairy air."
hardy har har.
but isn't it nice that we are well known for bodily excretions of a cow spilling? i thought so too. its on page 161 if you get the readers digest... |

| another one of those stories, that make me seem stupid... |
[Aug. 9th, 2006|10:53 am] |
|
i shall start from the very beginning:
this very morning, i woke up at 9:25 feeling especially energized. and for a split second, the thought of going running crossed my mind. and for once, i listened to my brain, and i said to myself, "yes self, you are going to get up right now and get ready to take a run." (and i was almost, a wee bit excited!)
so i got up, put on gym clothes, socks, sneakers and the like, and went downstairs. as i was stretching inside, i was getting more happy, because i couldnt even believe i was actually doing the unthinkable. (which would be: getting up and going straight outside to run. you see, normally i would keep telling myself that i would do it later, which inevitably later would never come.)
anyways, i walked outside, and was just about to start picking up the pace, when i saw the most dreaded thing. over the top of my neighbors new deck, i see a basketball fly up into the air and bounce off the rim of the net. and i almost cried. because there, down in the tennis courts, were people playing basketball. which clearly meant, that i was NOT going to run the width of the park several times. because i, jackie, hate running in front of people i dont know.
especially when i havent actually gone running since june. (yes, yes i am the girl who told herself she was going to go for a run every summer day, in an effort to get into shape, to make myself better at sports.)
so now i am throroughly bummed. |

oh man! today i babysat 4 different times, for 4 different people!!! 1) 730am-1130am 2) 1200pm-300pm 3) 330pm-715pm 4) 715pm-915pm
yeahhhhh thats a lot of babysitting.
but on another subject: i think i might just have a shopping addiction. (or at least in shoe stores!) because i've went to watertown like 3 times this week. and i came home with 3 pairs of shoes. and they make me feel so happy! its insane, its seriously like a natural high.
anyone else? |

| | calm | ] | ya know, birthdays really arent what they used to be. vanessa and i were just talking about that last night. because you expect it will be ten times better than your average july day, but it really isnt. for me, it seems like bad stuff always happens on my birthday.
like last year, my dad made me scrape paint off the garage for 3 hours. (this was after i had already spent 3 hours in summer school for health) and then this year, i learn i have to get my tetanus shot, so i can go to the retreat and beaver camp. so i get up there and the nurse is like "oh you might as well get the hepatitus a shot while you are here because soon its not going to be free."
granted the shots werent really as bad as i was expecting them to be, but come one. on my birthday?!? |

|
| so i just got back from an awesome day of driving! (1 year and 19 days early!) |
[Jun. 30th, 2006|11:54 am] |
| [ | Current Mood |
| | ecstatic | ] | so yesterday, karri and i were begging melissa (sadies mom) to let us drive, and then this morning she did. it was a jeep wrangler so we took off the top and windows and stuff. butttttt the catch was; it was a standard. so we werent allowed out of 1st gear.
but i did pretty darned good i think. except for when i started. that was bad. very bad.
and then on our way into town karris grampa let us drive a little too. this time it was automatic, but it was big cause it was a mini van. but anyways, I TURNED IT AROUND!!! (turning around is fun)
so i guess the point of this is, that i am excited to drive, because after my last experience with vanessa, i thought i was never going to be able to learn. but then miraculously, I GOT GOOD!!!! |
